COACH ANDEE
Certified C.U. Pitching Instructor
During her playing time at both Immaculate Conception High School and William Paterson University, Coach Andee was a standout pitcher and second baseman. She was not only a force on the mound, but her performance at the plate was remarkable. Coach was a four year state championship winner and in her junior year she had the game winning hit of a walk off home run.
Along with physical skill, Coach Andee's level of mental certainty, confidence, focus, and belief earned her the Coaches Award, Team Captain position, First Team All-League, and Second Team All Bergen County award winner all four years in high school. She was also named Third Team All-State. She is a leader with drive and determination with the unwavering belief that confidence and mental strength are vital for success.
During her NCAA softball career at William Paterson University, Coach Andee was selected as a National Fastpitch Coaches Association(NFCA) All American Scholar Athlete three years. The Pioneers reached NCAA regionals in 2017 and played in the invitational NCAA NFCA Leadoff Classic in Tucson, Arizona. Her NCAA experience combined with her standout high school softball career has allowed for Coach to give the most elite instruction to each athlete that she works with under Challenge U.
A dedicated teacher candidate, Coach Andee is receiving a Physical Education/Health Degree and has been working with students in Kindergarten through 12th grade for the past two years. Needless to say, she loves working with young athletes and passing along her knowledge, skills, and love for the game. Her skills in teaching connected with her passion on the mound has allowed for Coach to become one of most sought after pitching instructors in the area. Coach started her coaching journey years ago by assisting at softball clinics for Maywood/Rochelle Park, Wallington, Rutherford, and WPU. Her passion for the game of softball is contagious to everyone in her presence.
Coach Andee is a standout CU Coach due to her vocal motivation, leadership, determination, knowledge, continual desire to master her craft, passion to help younger athletes mentally and mechanically, kindheartedness, and love for the game. She is an outgoing, strong, positive, and dedicated leader that continues to train directly under the C.U. training philosophy.
