Challenge U. Softball® is the founding home of the National CUDIT® Concentric Hitting Coach Certification Program now in 21 states and throughout Canada. All CU Lessons will be held by Certified CUDIT® Coaches focused on instilling a clean foundation while targeting muscle movement sequencing, eccentric to concentric mechanics, drill interval progression training (no plateau), and mental training through our The CUDIT® VBS System®; Visualization, Body-Language, Self-Talk.
Challenge U. Softball offers private 30 minute lessons (most popular) and private 45 minute lessons.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If the client does not call or e-mail their C.U., the client will be charged the cost of the lesson or a lesson in their package will be used. Payment Due Policy: Payment for each lesson is due the day of the scheduled lesson (either prior to the lesson or at the end of the lesson).
