HEAR
FROM THE COACHES

"In addition you offered all of the coaches the option of jumping in at anytime or making requests on something we’d like to see…thank you." - NCAA Coach Suppa

"Hi Lisa and team, it is going to be hard to improve on perfection. Having gone to many showcases that left me throughly disappointed with their lack of instructors, disorganized, universities not showing up, and the complete lack of communication after the showcase. I can not tell you enough about how professional, organized and attentive all the Coaches were. What a great camp." - J. Fromm - 2022 Attendee

"This was the first Showcase that I have attended where I was only responsible to evaluate players. Typically, I would run catcher sessions & never get to see an infielder, outfielder, or hitters. I was extremely happy with your format."

- Ralph Suppa D1 St. Peters | 2022 Recruiter

"A wonderful job running a very productive Showcase. The drills you ran, the inspirational talks you gave were simply fantastic." - NCAA 2022

"We had a great experience at your last event, and would love to continue to work with you if you have events coming up that you may be hosting college coaches." Coach Bridgette Rafter - FDU Softball

The Showcase

Since 2011, CU's mission has been to put the Northeast on the map in the softball industry. Now, we expand this mission with THE SHOWCASE launched in 2022.

THE SHOWCASE is a college exposure combine that will break barriers in the tri-state. Our event is a high quality interpersonal recruitment experience like no other designed to have all NCAA softball coaches get a full vision of who each SHOWCASE athlete is, physically and mentally.

This event is anti-factory style. Meaning, we stand by our commitment of a quality experience for all SHOWCASE attendees, including athletes and our NCAA coaches.

We close registration at a strict max in order to create the most elite college recruitment experience and have an elite coach to group ratio so that our NCAA coaches are watching you perform, not stand in line.

Athletes

THE SHOWCASE welcomes all softball athletes with goals to play college softball. Whether it be, Division I, Division II, or Division III, there is a home for all. But, it must start with exposure, discussion, and gathering information. This is why THE SHOWCASE is an experience versus just a combine. Our event will be filled with CU and NCAA instruction, guest speakers, NCAA recruitment program guides for all attendees including attending college info. booklets, and THE SHOWCASE webinar prior to event.

Guest Speakers and Partners

Guest speakers:

1. In order for athletes to fully understand the path to play college softball, it is vital for them to hear from the source. One of our guest speakers will be that source of information, guidance counselor Dr. Thomas Haring from The Ramapo/Indian Hills School District.

2. Another guest speaker will be an attending NCAA softball coach who will discuss actual college softball expectations. This will give all of our SHOWCASE attendees a clear idea of the NCAA experience.

3. Our athletes must hear from their peers. This is why our third guest speaker will be a premier current NCAA softball athlete. This will give our athletes an inside look at being a college student-athlete.

4. Our final guest speaker will be the founder of Challenge U. Softball®, The National CUDIT® Hitting Coach Certification, and CEO of I Am Apparel Limitless Slides®, Coach Lisa who will give our athletes the motivation needed to bring their A-GAME on AND off of the field..
