C.U. SPECIFIC POLICIES
All birthday inquires must contact us at least 6 weeks prior to the event.
You have provided a 50% deposit for your event and the remaining balance is 72 hours prior to the event. This deposit is completely refundable up to 72 hours after you book your event. You forfeit your deposit when you cancel your event 72 hours after your booking. To cancel your event, you must call BDebonaire Events, your event planner. Please have the card you used to pay your deposit at hand.
If you have booked an event, in the chance you would like to downgrade your package, you have 72 hours after your deposit to do so. After 72 hours, you are locked into the package you have chosen. You may upgrade your package within 72 hours of your deposit if we have the availability.
In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified by email or phone call if the weather will be affecting your event or not. If the facility is closed, you will be offered the choice to reschedule your event to any available date and time, or you will be issued a full refund.
The final balance must be paid at least 72 hours prior to the event via cash/check/debit/credit.
Parents and Spectators
All guests coming into the facility must have a completed liability waiver. If you are only standing on the side-lines of the turf area or dropping off, you do not need to fill out a liability waiver.
Outside Food and Decorations
We provides plates, napkins, cups, and utensils for your event. You are welcome to bring additional decorations, such as, table cloths and/or themed party ware. We ask that you inform our event planner if you plan to bring themed party ware and provide all utensils yourself. We do not allow confetti/glitter, piñatas, or party poppers. Additional decorations cannot be taped, glued or tacked into walls.
Outside food is prohibited. No outside food such as chips or joice boxes will be allowed in C.U. with the exception of a birthday cake or cupcakes. If there are any allergies or religious food needs, please inform the event planner.
