Welcome to Challenge U. Softball® — Home of the National CUDIT® Coach Certification Program, now in 21 states and across Canada.

All lessons are led by Certified CUDIT® / CU Coaches who are trained to build a strong technical foundation while developing your athlete’s full potential. Each session focuses on:

Muscle movement sequencing
Eccentric-to-concentric mechanics
Drill interval progression (no plateau)
Mental training using our CUDIT® VBS System®: Visualization, Body Language, and Self-Talk

We offer:

30-minute private lessons (our most popular option)
45-minute private lessons for those seeking extended instruction time (combining hitting/defense)

Private Baseball Hitting Lessons

It started about a year ago when one of our softball parents asked if we could train her son. She believed in the way we coached her daughter and wanted that same experience for him. As his performance improved, more families followed — and just like that, a movement began.

We’re proud to now officially offer baseball hitting lessons led by our elite CU Softball staff.

But this isn’t just about expanding services. It’s about breaking barriers. While it’s common to see men giving softball lessons, it’s rare to see women giving baseball lessons. And we’re honored to be a facility where that changes — where female coaches are leading at the highest level, no matter the sport.

The baseball and softball swing are identical — but how an athlete is trained physically and mentally is what sets them apart. That’s the CU difference. If you have a baseball player ready to train with us, we’re ready to welcome them.
