SPECIAL ONE-DAY EVENT – Ages 10-14

Since launching TOUGH Girlz, every single session has sold out — which tells us something. TOUGH Girlz is a program that was needed and creates real results.

And now, with our 6–9 year old programs established, we’re expanding this experience for girls ages 10–14. This is the stage where self-confidence really starts to take shape — and how they move, think, and show up begins to matter more.

So instead of just talking about confidence, we train it.

That’s exactly what TOUGH Girlz delivers.

WHAT IS TOUGH GIRLZ?

TOUGH Girlz is a high-energy, circuit-style confidence training experience designed to help girls build real self-confidence through movement.

During the bootcamp, girls will move through:

Strength training circuits
Speed & agility challenge stations
Confidence-based competitive challenges
Music + movement training with Coach Carr
Interactive self-talk and mindset activities

During the TOUGH Girlz Bootcamp, our girls aren’t just told to be confident — they’re placed in environments where they build it, develop it, and experience it in real time through strength, speed, and agility. At the same time, they’re taught how to activate that confidence on their own through our VBS System® (Visualization, Body Language, Self-Talk) — reinforced through movement, challenges, and drills.

The Limitless Movement

Each athlete will receive a pair of Limitless Slides® (a $49.95 value) — our self-confidence training wearable — and will be taught how to use them to trigger and reinforce the VBS System® (Visualization, Body Language, Self-Talk) in real moments. Learn more here!

SPECIAL ONE-DAY EVENT — MAY 3RD

We created this 2-hour, high-impact event specifically for this age group. This is not a weekly clinic — this is a one-day experience designed to give girls everything TOUGH Girlz is about in one powerful session.
