Mother’s Day TOUGH Girlz Experience

Like Mother. Like Daughter. Stronger Together.

A shared experience designed to build strength, confidence, and connection - TOGETHER.

Join us for a 2-hour TOUGH Girlz Experience where mothers and daughters train side by side through movement, mindset, and intentional coaching. The event will be grouped by age to create the best experience for everyone, for girls ages 6–9, 10–12, and 13–15.

​

What This Experience Includes

  • Strength training

  • Speed and agility work

  • Music-driven movement

  • Confidence and mindset training

Powered by the VBS System® (Visualization, Body Language, Self-Talk)—the same system used at Challenge U. to develop confident athletes.

​

Moms and Daughters will be guided through:

  • Word of the Day focus

  • Visualization training

  • Body language awareness

  • Positive self-talk

  • Movement and coordination development

What Makes This Different

You are not watching from the sidelines! Moms and daughters are fully engaged in the experience together—training, learning, and supporting each other in real time.

This creates:

  • Stronger connection

  • Shared language around confidence

  • Tools that carry over into daily life, sports, and school

The Final 30 Minutes: Connection + Community

We close with a structured, intentional mother–daughter reflection designed to create a lasting moment of connection and empowerment.

  • Guided prompts to recognize strength and growth

  • Opportunity for each to speak confidence into the other

  • A final “Step Into Yourself” moment where each girl steps forward and owns her identity

This is the moment they remember.

Following training, participants will have access to a curated vendor experience featuring brands aligned with the TOUGH Girlz mission:

  • Wellness and recovery

  • Apparel and accessories

  • Female-founded, purpose-driven businesses

Location: Challenge U. Softball – Wyckoff, NJ
Date: Saturday, May 9
Time: 3:00PM – 5:00PM
Ages 6+ (grouped by age)

Registration: $59 – Mother + Daughter | $20 – Each Additional Daughter
