Join our Annual Ridgewood Softball 10-Week All-Skills Training Program, designed to elevate your athlete’s offense, defense, confidence, and overall game approach—right in time for spring season.

Our Ridgewood Winter Training focuses on building clean hitting mechanics, reinforcing proper swing sequence, and developing positive muscle memory through targeted drill circuits. Athletes will improve consistency against varying pitch types and speeds, increase bat speed and power (effortless bat whip), and strengthen their mindset at the plate. This program is essential for establishing a strong foundation in softball athletic development.

C.U. Coaches deliver expert defensive instruction in throwing (HLT Certified mechanics), catching, fielding, footwork, transfer work, power, and precision. Athletes will learn proper ball-approach techniques, quick-release mechanics, and efficient muscle sequencing to develop clean, reliable defensive skills.

Every drill is tailored to each athlete’s age and skill level, ensuring training meets their individual developmental needs.

We will also integrate the C.U.D.I.T.® VBS System (Visualization, Body-Language, Self-Talk) throughout the program to help athletes build confidence and mental sharpness. This is a focused, high-energy training environment designed to help athletes bring their A-game!
