Coach Carr is a lifelong softball athlete, educator, and youth coach with a passion for developing confident, strong, and resilient athletes.

Her softball journey began in elementary school and continued through high school, where she played second base. She remains an active competitor today, playing in an adult summer softball league in Hillsdale, contributing wherever her team needs her—including pitching, infield, and outfield. Her versatility and team-first mindset reflect her deep understanding of the game.

With over 24 years of experience working with children, Coach Carr brings a calm, confident, and empowering presence to every session. She is especially skilled at helping young athletes feel comfortable, supported, and motivated as they build both athletic ability and self-belief.

Coach Carr serves as the Head Director of the Challenge U. Softball Tough Girlz Program and works closely alongside owner Coach Lisa as a clinic director for multiple Challenge U. programs. Together, they focus on connecting mind and body, building confidence through movement, and teaching athletes how to trust themselves on and off the field.
