THE CHALLENGE U. CREW

All Challenge U. Softball® Coaches undergo rigorous certification through The C.U. and CUDIT® Instruction Certification Program. This program is meticulously crafted to enhance muscle movement sequencing, establish foundational fundamental training, implement drill interval training to prevent skill plateaus, and integrate mental performance training using the National CUDIT® VBS System: Visualization, Body-Language, & Self-Talk.

C.U. JUNIOR COACHES

Our Junior Coaches are athletes who have trained at Challenge U. for many years and demonstrate strong leadership, work ethic, and an understanding of the CU training philosophy. They assist at CU minors clinics, helping guide and inspire the next generation of young athletes.
