Coach Rian has competed at multiple levels, gaining valuable experience in both recreational and high-pressure competitive environments. Her game sense, strategic thinking, and tireless work ethic shine through in everything she does—from teaching batting mechanics to guiding players through in-game situations and building their self-confidence on and off the field.

Having trained for years at Challenge U., she is a proud product of the CUDIT® system and a firm believer in its effectiveness. She’s not just teaching what she learned—she’s teaching what shaped her into the athlete and coach she is today.
