Coach Molly is a dedicated softball coach and former collegiate athlete from Montclair State University. A proud Old Bridge native, Molly played varsity softball at Old Bridge High School for all four years, developing the strong defensive skills, competitive mindset, and leadership qualities that continue to define her coaching philosophy today.

Molly went on to attend Montclair State University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology while maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA throughout her undergraduate studies. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Sports Administration, combining her academic background in human behavior and athlete development with advanced knowledge of sports management and leadership.

As a player, Molly competed at third base throughout her collegiate career, where her defensive ability, game awareness, and attention to detail became her greatest strengths. Her experience on the field has given her a deep understanding of the game and a passion for helping young athletes build confidence, improve their fundamentals, and develop a high softball IQ.

Molly's coaching style is built on three core principles: work ethic, knowledge of the game, and positive energy. She believes that success comes from consistent effort, preparation, and a willingness to learn. Whether working with beginners or advanced players, she focuses on creating an encouraging environment where athletes are challenged to reach their full potential while enjoying the process of improvement.

Her goal as a coach is to help every player compete at the highest level possible while continuing to grow not only as athletes, but also as confident, disciplined, and resilient young women. Molly is passionate about mentoring the next generation of softball players and is committed to helping each athlete develop the skills, mindset, and character necessary for success both on and off the field.
