CATCH is a four week preseason catcher's training camp that will take your catching game to the NEXT LEVEL, physically and mentally!
​
Our 13th Annual, CATCH, is designed to help our catchers improve their positioning, receiving, framing, blocking, throw downs, picks, quickness, situational awareness, communication, power, vocals, and overall catching skills as they head into their season.
​
Catchers are the most underrated position on the field, yet one of the most important positions. Without a solid catcher behind the plate, pitchers will suffer, calls will be lost, bases will be stolen, games can be lost, and leadership will be missing. This is why every CATCH clinic has been a premier clinic at CU.
​
CATCH is a 60-minute weekly training progression constructed of at least eight drill stations per session. These stations will improve our athlete's catching, self-confidence, muscle memory, and overall ability.

Athlete-Only Training Environment:
To foster an atmosphere of accountability and maturity, only athletes are permitted indoors during BACK IN THE SWING (BITS). Parents are welcome to observe from the overhead garage area or pick up their athletes at the end of the clinic. This policy also helps ensure the safety of our athletes and staff during training sessions.
